I'm starting a new painting on gessoed paper (printmaking paper, gessoed on both sides). This one might be done in acrylic paint in order to use a variety of techniques and materials that would be difficult in oils. While layers dry, I work on the little figure painting from yesterday. You can see my dogs lying around the studio, too. Bill is away today, working with Habitat in Rochester, so the dogs are spending more time than usual in the studio.
