Sometimes when things go bad the only way to get back on a good path is an act of destruction. That's what happens to this sunset ... I think the sky ended up better. I'll have to let it dry for a while.

Later, back to the studio scenes. Lots of color work and reworking the gauzy fabric in the painting with the model in the foreground. Starting to clean up details and add finishing touches in both. I didn't like the picture that the middle figure is painting, so I obliterated it and will put in something else once it dries. It's all detail now. I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel for these two.
